The Adirondack Trail Improvement Society provides a wonderful hiking program for children and Keene Valley has a swimming and tennis club enjoyed by many in the community during the summer months.  Lake Placid’s Olympic facilities are only 25 minutes away and Lake Champlain and the ferries to Vermont is about a 40 minute drive.
